We called LG to repair a compressor and the icemaker on our 7 year old appliance. The representative referred us to ARS Repair - Appliance Repair Services as a registered service provider. I received a few confirmation emails to advise of the upcoming appointment and status. On the day of my appointment, our technician Ronald Richards was very pleasant, friendly, courteous, and made us feel very comfortable. He was very knowledgeable in repairing the refrigerator, and I was very pleased with his skills and professionalism. He made it a pleasant experience overall, and would strongly recommend him to anyone who needs a skilled person to fix a problem. Thank you Ronald - I appreciate all your help!

ARS Repair assisted my parents with their new washer and dryer which were not working at optimal level and had some issues. Steve R, the technician assigned, provided excellent customer service and was able to pinpoint the problems and find a solution. Steve was very responsive and communicative to ensure we understood the issue. He even took time to teach my parents how to use the washer and dryer in order to maximize their use and potential.

We had Peter W from ARS come by to install a new compressor for our LG fridge. Peter did an amazing job. He was on time, knowledgeable and finished the job in a clean manner. Peter also went above and beyond to give us some suggestions as to how to fix the seal on our freezer. Overall we had a great experience with ARS and their technician Peter. Highly recommend.

ARS was a life saver for me and my family. My fridge broke down and the amount of support they gave us was truly appreciated and unmeasurable. Our technician was Peter Wang and he went over and above to be quick and walk us through every step of the way. Customer service was top notch. Highly recommend to anyone!

We had Peter from ARS come to service our Samsung fridge. Arrived on time, WITH parts already in hand! Peter was extremely professional and so pleasant to work with. He was able to fix our issue and give us some pointers on our appliance going forward. Knows his products very well. Was very pleased with the customer service from both Peter and ARS. I have had few technicians come to the house over the last few years thanks to the great quality of my samsung fridge. Steve was by far the best! He was knowledgeable and trustworthy. He went above and beyond in repairing my fridge. He actually showed me that he cared about his customers and this was nice to see because the other techs from other companies were not as empathetic. Steve was honest and even diagnosed other areas of the fridge which was not part of his initial call. Thank you Steve for your great service! Thanks ARS!

We heard from ARS very quickly when they were contacted by the manufacturer to repair our dryer. They also booked an appointment to send a technician very quickly.Peter arrived promptly, was knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to quickly identify the problem and clearly explained what the issue was. The repair was made immediately as Peter had the necessary part with him.Nothing but good things to say about ARS and especially our technician Peter!

Our washing machine broke on a Sunday night with a big pile of laundry that needed to be done. Steve came to assess the problem the following day, ordered the broken part and by Wednesday morning we were able to do the laundry again, big relief! Beside being a great professional, Steve is a nice person too, gave us some tips on how to maintain the washer to get the most out of it. Highly recommend ARS, they get the work done quickly and in a professional manner.

The technician Steve is Awesome! he is very professional and experienced. After I explained what’s the problem and showed him the video I took, He figured out where the problem is right away, other than that, he is so knowledgeable about the machines, he gave me quite a few instructions on my questions of how to use the Washer and Dryer. A very supportive and pleasant experience~

Our fridge/freezer wasn't cooling properly and we were connected to ARS by LG Customer Service. ARS found a time that worked for me and although it took a fairly long time to solve the issue, Patrick stuck with it (which was impressive) and explained the whole thing to me, even showing me exactly what was going on. Thanks a ton! So glad to have this fixed and couldn't have asked for better service.

Our LG fridge broke down. It wasn’t cooling. We had a non-certified LG repair man take a look at, after $100 they told us the compressor is gone and told us to contact LG. We contacted LG and we got an out of warranty flat rate repair service. We had a choice of an Lg repair service technician, ARS, or another vendor. Last time we had an LG repair tech when our original LG fridge broke down and he couldn’t fix it even though the issue was that it was not cooling. So decided to select ARS based on the outstanding reviews they have received. Unbelievable superb service! They called ahead to ensure correct model so they had the parts they need when the technician comes, they sent me two email confirmations and a phone call confirmation on when they r coming. They were punctual, quick and clean. And best of all they FIXED the fridge by replacing the compressor (unlike the last repair man LG sent for our original fridge). They save us $2000 for a new fridge! Wished i called them first! Definitely recommend!

This was the second time we have used ARS to repair our LG washer. The first repair the door lock was prompt and communication to notch. When the washer started leaking just recently again communications great and the repair tech courteous and caring. Unfortunatelythe part to repair it was expensive and it would be better to get a new machine. The tech was honest about it and that is something rare. You can trust ARS to do their best. They will always be the ones I call for any splice repair. Thanks guys!

I just want to share my experience to let you know how happy I am that I have ARS servicing my LG fridge. My fridge stopped working for more than a month and LG direct technicians were at my place 2 times and in the last visit they told me they need to get ARS to change the compressor since it require brazing and they can do it. Once my case get to ARS I start to get an experience that I haven’t since for long time it started by receiving a call from Carmen and he made sure that he is ordering the correct parts then I received a call to confirm the appointment and an email that I can track the technician activity on that day and that was great the technician David was honest and professional and he did a great job.

Emailed their website on Sunday as our LG washing machine stopped working. On Monday morning they confirmed they would be here on Wednesday around 1:00 PM. I made arrangements to work from home on Wednesday.(Wife has broken wrist so I thought it would be prudent for me to be here) They advised us Wednesday morning that they wouldn't be able to get here until 5:00 to 8:00 PM. No problems...people run late. We received a call at 5:00 PM saying they are running late and they can't make it today. Told us next available time is Monday! LOL..Yes, that is right Monday! I would think at the very least they would say, Thursday morning.... I suppose the next time they are in our neck of the woods(Burlington) is on Monday. Oh well.... found someone else, who can come on Friday morning and $40 bucks cheaper for the call. I apologize for not being able to rate the actual service, but I can rate them on their antiquated customer service.

Extremely poor customer service and way over priced service charge. The two trips by two technicians actually lasted about 30 minutes total and I ended up paying $280 ($140 an hour). Their own invoicing mishap left a small outstanding amount after I had already paid the technicians. That triggered two threatening voice mails from their so called ‘ customer service ‘ after about a week to report it to a collection agency. The technicians themselves provided reasonably good service but their office customer service staff is extremely rude and incompetent. I will be reporting their incompetence to Samsung who recommended them.

Highly recommend this company to fix appliances! We had an issue with our washer, and ARS have been very prompt with scheduling appointments and ensuring confirmation for the appointment. They use an automated system to confirm the appointment and made it so easily accessible to do this.We had Noam come over to fix the washer and he was able to figure out the issue immediately and fix the problem shortly after. Noam was very thorough with his work by turning on the washer to ensure that the washer will work after he leaves. He was very helpful, kind, and he has an awesome personality! He even went further to help me out with levelling our fridge door. Thanks so much Noam! We are so grateful for his service.

Excellent customer service. My technician, Carlos, was professional and friendly, informative and ensured that the possible repair made sense for the overall value. I had called around to several other competitors to price match and accommodate my schedule and my tenant’s schedule, and found ARS to be the most accommodating. Their price structure for repairs was also the best. Another company I spoke to sounded so aggressively aloof about their high rates that I was taken off guard! ARS seems to value their customers experience and strive for responsible care. I would definitely recommend!
